Diana H. Caldwell, PhD, MPA
President and CEO
Dr. Diana Caldwell has more than twenty-five years of experience in managing research. She guided a SAMHSA-funded Minority AIDS Initiative project which involved research driven development, implementation, and evaluation of behavioral health interventions for an urban Native American population at risk for substance abuse, HIV/AIDS, and hepatitis. She has been principal investigator on several NIH-funded projects incorporating computer technology into community-based and primary care practice to promote healthy behavior change. Dr. Caldwell, along with the RCA team, is positioned to develop a potentially game-changing strategy for linking computerized behavioral health risk screening with structured conversations designed to change social norms and enhance science and treatment literacy at the primary care level.
